A one-time payment option is also available through our Preventative Maintenance Program, depending on the number of units and years purchased.
The Platinum Coverage Plan is our most comprehensive option. For a one-time enrollment fee of $1,399 plus $18.99 per month, members pay no repair bills for the entire duration of their equipment’s 10-year parts warranty period. That covers the costs most standard warranties leave on the homeowner: labor, service call fees, and part acquisition. The Platinum plan is also transferable, a meaningful asset if you sell your home. Both plans include VIP priority scheduling during peak summer demand, when wait times for non-members can stretch into days.
Non-plan customers receive a 1-year warranty on parts for any repair we complete.
