Autumn Air is the only HVAC company i trust... I've been a customer since 2018 and have always had great experiences with them. Their technicians answer my questions and helps me understand the condition of my system as well as items they're monitoring to ensure my HVAC system works well. The office staff is superb too!

Taylor did a wonderful job explaining what my options were re: a new central air installation. He's very knowledgeable and was willing to answer questions and provide clarification w/o judgement or pressure. Super friendly and great to work with.

Our technician Frank was quick to reach out and let us know when he would arrive. He was able to get here and diagnose our problem immediately. The repair was done and came in under the quoted price. Our air was coming out warm air. Called Autumn Air within 1 hour Gilbert was here and gone. Very professional, friendly and informative. Luckily just needed a compressor. Thanks Gilbert really appreciate your service!!

Autumn Air came out to inspect my unit and clean the condenser coil. Scheduling was easy by phone, two-hour (not four) arrival window was set, reminders texted to me. Taylor showed up on time and explained the 20-point inspection process when asked, then started work on the roof unit. He also examined the evaporator coil and the filters inside the house. While in the unit, Taylor put a rod back in place to prevent some lid sagging and to correct a small fan wobble that I had mentioned. We later discussed any need for a surge protector or hard start kit for the unit and he honestly discouraged both. Once done, Taylor promptly emailed some photos, a five-page system check-up report with stats (blower motor, freon, condenser, etc.), a duct static pressure form and helpful chart, and the invoice. Overall, the experience was productive, informative, and affordable. Taylor, himself, was polite, professional, transparent, truthful, and listened to the customer. I've no reason to not recommend Autumn Air and would use them again.

Taylor did a great and thorough job on my HVAC unit. Appreciated the advice he gave for long-term care. Cheyenne was excellent at scheduling and explaining options. Overall it was a great experience .

Our technician Kolby was friendly, professional, and thorough. We have had him on prior semi-annual checkups, and have always been pleased. We have had maintenance contracts with Autumn Air for numerous uears and appreciate how they proactively schedule then send us information about who us coming to our hone, and numerous update and reminder texts so we always know the ETA and status. I highly recommend this company.

As our A/C stopped suddenly, in AZ that’s an emergency. When I called Autumn Air, even though we had a scheduled appointment in two days, the representative insisted that she would dispatch a tech immediately, even though it was late in the day. Gilbert arrived shortly afterwards, made the necessary repair ( replaced a capacitor). As we were signing the paperwork, our second A/C blew a fuse. Gilbert diagnosed the problem & replaced the fuse.
These actions exemplified how Autumn Air treats their customers. I really can’t say enough about the wonderful service Autumn Air provides. Buying from them is one of the best decisions I have made.

Great experience !! Called at 930pm on a friday night and dispatch was absolutely on point and handled everything with such care. Within 2 hours the tech had arrived at my house and was an absolutely personable and professional. You could tell he is extremely happy to be where he is and that showed. He was quick with his diagnostics and communicated very effectively. So much so I asked him about maintenance programs and ended paying for 2 years of maintenance on the spot because I absolutely will not use anyone after this great experience.

Autumn Air is good company and their technicians are great. Recently Taylor visited for the half yearly service of the heating system and experience with him was great once again as usual. He did the inspection of the unit, gave necessary recommendations to keep unit running in a healthy way. Definitely recommend them.
