Never had need for emergency air conditioning repair, but this weekend I did and I'm sure glad I had Autumn Air on my side. Called in about 1:15 p.m., spoke to Autumn the dispatcher, and she listened to me as I described my situation. She got on it ASAP and arranged the emergency service call. In my anxiety, I called back to see if we could better pinpoint arrival, and that's what she did. She reached out to Taylor, the tech on call, and was able to narrow things down for me. Taylor reached out to me using ServiTech, I believe, to show he was on the way, where he was, and when he would be by me, which was within two to three hours... not bad. Accurate on all counts. Taylor was great. Got here, assessed the situation, and in a matter of minutes found the problem. He pointed it out to me and clearly explained fully what the problem was. He fixed the unit just as fast as he determined the problem. Taylor was polite, caring, professional. All in all, Autumn and Taylor did a great job in taking care of my service needs, digging me out of a very difficult situation. Thanks Autumn Air, Taylor, and Autumn. Good job. For years Frank has been my go-to technician, as he’s friendly, polite, knows my system, and truly cares about getting any problem resolved. When I experienced problems with my thermostat’s wiring, he persevered and resolved the problem, saving me thousands in cost and damage to walls. Of course, I’ve been equally satisfied and confident of other techs as well, when Frank was unavailable. Autumn Cooling & Heating for any season. Today, my wireless thermostat went dead. Changing batteries didn’t help. Tech Kolby noticed that there was corrosion from a leaking battery. Day saved! Thanks for the cool, Kolby!

I reached out to Autumn Air on a Friday afternoon, as I was trying to find a company that could perform an A/C inspection on a home that I am representing the buyers. It was just before a Monday holiday. Autumn Air was not only the first to respond… they were quick to get me an appointment scheduled and answered all of the questions that I had. The A/C tech did the inspection the following Tuesday, and I was super impressed. He called when he was on his way. He showed up during the given time window. He did a thorough inspection. Then he not only wrote up his findings in a report for me, he called me again to explain what he was doing and answer any questions that I had. I was truly impressed! Autumn Air has won my business for any A/C needs that I may have from here on out!

We had our regular 6-month checkup, and as usual, Taylor came out. He is great as always. He has taken care of us for 2 years, and he even took care of my parents when their A/C went out. Next, completely checked outside system, including fully cleaning the outside heat exchanger. In less than an hour, the job was completed and A/C ready for our coming summer months. He left the area completely clean. Great service. I can highly recommend Autumn Air. Update. Once again, Autumn Air and my technician Taylor have done an amazing job of servicing my A/C for yet another hot summer. Adam took care of us this most recent visit. He was on time, very quick with his inspection, and respectful. I love how the company sends a text of the tech so you know who to expect if your wife is home alone, for example. I've been using Autumn Air for about 2 years now. Previous techs are very knowledgeable, and can answer questions in a detailed manner or simplified terms if needed. Their maintenance plan is a great deal as you get priority during the summer heat wave in case of an emergency issue, for example when a power surge fried our capacitor on our AC. We were up and running within 2–3 hours of calling during peak season, 110 ambient.

We had our A/C start blowing warm air on a Friday night over Labor Day weekend. I called Autumn Air’s after-hours service line, and someone from the company (not a call center) answered immediately. They told me the on-call tech would reach out, and Kolby called me back right away. He even offered to come that night, but since the unit is on the roof, I asked if he could come in the morning instead. As promised, Kolby was here first thing the next day. He climbed up, diagnosed the issue, and within 15 minutes had it narrowed down to a blown capacitor. Thankfully, the part was under warranty, and since I have a service agreement with Autumn Air, there was no emergency weekend charge. I’ve been using Autumn Air for over 12 years, and they’ve always delivered top-notch customer service. Come to find out it had been wired this way for 15 years and finally reared its ugly head. Our AC stopped blowing cold air and inside our house got up to 90 degrees at 9 p.m. We tried calling around to a bunch of “emergency” and “24/7” places and couldn’t get anyone to come out that night or the following morning. Finally we found Autumn. They were at our house by 10:30 p.m. and our tech Gilbert was great. Very courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. Our compressor gave out so he quickly replaced it, cooled down our overheated AC and we had cold air again by 11 p.m. I’m glad I found them, I’ll be using them for my maintenance going forward.

I called Autumn Air Heating and Cooling just as they were closing for the day. They were able to send a technician the following morning. Kolby was prompt, professional, and very personable. I am in the process of selling my home, and the buyer's home inspector noted that my three-year-old HVAC system wasn't cooling properly. WHAT??? Kolby did a thorough inspection of the system and ran some tests. Guess what? That inspector was full of crap! Kolby checked the cooling output from ALL of the vents, and the system was working exactly as it should. I feel better knowing that the system didn't have anything wrong with it, plus the buyers now know that it is a non-issue. I didn't really do any price shopping for this. But I chose Autumn because they had great reviews. Add another 5 star review from me!

As our A/C stopped suddenly, in AZ that’s an emergency. When I called Autumn Air, even though we had a scheduled appointment in two days, the representative insisted that she would dispatch a tech immediately, even though it was late in the day. Gilbert arrived shortly afterwards, made the necessary repair (replaced a capacitor). As we were signing the paperwork, our second A/C blew a fuse. Gilbert diagnosed the problem and replaced the fuse. These actions exemplified how Autumn Air treats their customers. I really can’t say enough about the wonderful service Autumn Air provides. Buying from them is one of the best decisions I have made.

Gilbert is a very knowledgeable technician. He gets the task done quickly and provides excellent customer service. He replaced my old 2004 model A/C thermostat and wired the Nest 4th Generation thermostat and thermostat sensor. He verified and test-ran the A/C and also conducted a walkthrough on how to program the thermostat with the cell phone Google Home app. It works great. Thank you, Gilbert.

I have had Autumn Air servicing my HVAC for years and used their service contract. They come in 2 times a year and saved $$$. They have great technicians who are professional and honest. I will continue to stay with Autumn Air. Update 5/26/25: Frank did the summer maintenance on my mother's new unit she just put in earlier this year. As usual, Frank has been great. Frank and all their techs have been professional and respectful. Again, I would recommend Autumn Air for all my HVAC needs. Update 4/07/25: Frank came by for the summer maintenance of my 2 units. I previously replaced 1 of 2 units. He advised the older unit is still going strong, but as the summer months are around the corner and the unit will have more demand once it tries to cool off the house. We have been delaying for another unit because of the high expense, and he understood that. Frank is never pushing to have us purchase a unit ASAP. Autumn Air in general has been good to us, and very honest people work there. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. I referred my mother to them as she needed a new unit also. Can't go wrong with Autumn Air! Update 10/17/24: Another great experience with Autumn Air and had Frank as my technician today. It's always a pleasure having Frank do my seasonal maintenance. He is always professional and honest. He does not sugarcoat it and always takes the time showing you any potential or current issues with my units. I have 2 units, and I just replaced the 1 with the other expecting to also get replaced by this year. Not fun, but that's the reality with units that are 20+ yrs old. I know Autumn Air will take care of me. Update 1/18/24: I referred my mother to Autumn Air, and she worked with Kolby for a new unit. I have to say this is a great company. I am not sugarcoating. Purchasing a new unit is not cheap. But Kolby was determined to find a financial plan that fit my mother's budget. Thank you, Kolby, and thank you, Autumn Air, for being an honest company who cares about the customer. Update 5/09/23: It was my turn to replace one of my units. Jason and his assistant were great. They were able to move me up on an earlier appointment, which was great. They came in first thing tonight in the AM today, were very professional, and kept things as clean as possible. Autumn Air has never disappointed me. They are a top-notch company. I recommend them to anyone!

No extra crap. They care about their people. Updating! We had Jason install our brand new AC and air scrubber today, and we couldn't be happier with the service. We couldn't make a separate review.
