If Someone in Your Home Is Ill
Before we arrive, we ask that you let us know if anyone in the household is experiencing symptoms such as fever, cough, or respiratory illness. If illness is present, rescheduling is the right call. It protects your family and our technicians equally. We’d rather make it easy to move an appointment than put anyone at risk.
If your health circumstances change between booking and your scheduled visit, please contact us as early as possible so we can adjust. For households with an urgent HVAC need where rescheduling isn’t an option, our technicians can discuss ways to minimize contact during the visit.

Every technician at Autumn Air Heating & Cooling is a credentialed professional. Our team holds NATE credentials, BPI certification, Master Heat Pump certification, and qualification status with both Arizona Public Service (APS) and Salt River Project (SRP). NATE, the North American Technician Excellence credential, is the nation’s largest nonprofit certification organization for HVAC technicians and the industry’s leading independent standard for competency.
Our conduct standards match that level of preparation. Technicians limit movement to the work areas of your home, communicate clearly about what the job requires, and use PPE appropriate to the visit. We sanitize before and after the job. If we find something unexpected during a visit, we explain what we found, show photographic evidence when it’s relevant, and confirm the cost with you before starting any repair. No surprises.
We’ve been BBB-accredited since May 2004 and participate in the Arizona Registrar of Contractors’ residential recovery fund. These accountability structures reflect how seriously we take the trust you place in us when you open your door.
