The name says more than most people realize. When Joshua Nepa founded Autumn Air Heating & Cooling in 2003, he named the company after his daughter, Autumn. His family’s hands-on support made it possible to build the business from the ground up, and that same sense of personal investment has shaped how we’ve operated ever since. Joshua had already been working in the HVAC industry since 1994, earning two consecutive nominations as HVAC’s Top Technician in Southwest Florida for his custom install work. He brought that same standard west and built something that has lasted.
More than two decades later, we’ve grown to serve tens of thousands of loyal customers across the Valley. We’re fathers, mothers, children, friends, and relatives. We live in the same communities, shop at the same stores, and enjoy life in the same places. Treating every customer the way we’d want our own neighbors treated isn’t a tagline strategy; most of the time, they are our neighbors. Credentials That Back Up Our Word
Trust should be verifiable, and ours is. We hold an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau and have been BBB-accredited since May 2004. We’re registered with PORA and participate in the State of Arizona Registrar of Contractors’ residential recovery fund, which provides a financial safety net for homeowners in the event of losses caused by a licensed contractor’s violations. We’re also fully licensed, bonded, and insured.
Our technicians hold NATE credentials, BPI certification, and Master Heat Pump certification. We also hold qualification credentials with both Arizona Public Service (APS) and Salt River Project (SRP), Arizona’s two largest utilities. That status means customers may be eligible for utility rebates on installations we perform: a combination of credentials that reflects how seriously we take our standing in this industry.
