Certified Technicians for Every System Type
Our technicians hold NATE credentials, BPI certification, and Master Heat Pump certification. Heat pump certification matters in Arizona, where many homeowners rely on heat pumps rather than gas furnaces. Diagnosing and servicing those dual-function systems requires training beyond a general HVAC license. We also hold qualification status with both Arizona Public Service (APS) and Salt River Project (SRP), Arizona’s two largest electric utilities, which can allow customers to access rebate programs tied to qualifying high-efficiency equipment installations.
We service all major brands, including Trane, Carrier, Lennox, Goodman, and Amana, so no homeowner is turned away because of what’s installed in their home.
The Platinum Coverage Plan
Most manufacturer warranties cover parts for one year. After that, repair bills land entirely on the homeowner. Our Platinum Coverage Plan changes that. For a one-time enrollment fee of $1,399 plus $18.99 per month, plan members pay no repair bills for the full 10-year parts warranty period, regardless of brand. The plan is transferable when you sell your home, which adds real value at closing.
Plan members also receive VIP priority scheduling. During peak summer demand, when non-member wait times can stretch into days, members go to the front of the line. Every tune-up under the plan is performed by NATE-certified technicians to factory specifications and includes cleaning the air handler, replacing air filters, checking refrigerant levels, inspecting ductwork for leaks, calibrating the thermostat, and verifying safety controls. Non-plan customers receive a 1-year parts warranty on completed repairs.
