For homeowners who want to avoid repair bills entirely, the Platinum Coverage Plan charges a one-time enrollment fee of $1,399 plus $18.99 per month. In return, members pay no repair costs for the full 10-year parts warranty period, regardless of brand. Standard manufacturer warranties typically don’t cover labor, service calls, or parts acquisition costs, leaving those expenses on the homeowner. The Platinum plan covers those costs. The plan is also transferable to a new homeowner, which can add value when selling your home. Members receive 24/7 priority emergency service and go to the front of the scheduling line during peak summer demand.
